Who We Are
Inspire Sports Academy is more than just a football training facility. We are a community of coaches, players, and supporters, united by a shared vision and belief that football can bring out the very best abilities, on and off the field, in the young people of West Africa.
Our ultimate goal is to provide opportunities to those who possess real, raw potential, with the platform to learn, grow, and achieve remarkable things.
We strive to support our students with a solid academic education, extending their skills and potential far off the football field, preparing them for living a good life after a football career.
We believe that by bringing together education and sporting opportunity, we can create a unique environment which unites 2 very important skillsets, which opens up a world of prospects.
Our Approach
Our academy is more than just football training. We focus on holistic development—instilling teamwork, resilience, and creativity, and leadership in every player. We aim to create not only exceptional athletes, but also well-rounded individuals.
Combining state-of-the-art facilities with expert coaching, we provide the ultimate environment for skills development, strategic training, and personal growth.
Our goal is to inspire the next generation of football stars, and equally support the Nigerian skilled labour market with accomplished talent that can make positive contributions to an organisation with their skills, attitude, and abilities to work well in a team.
The Academy
We have invested significantly in the facilities offered at our Academy, providing our students and staff with access to the highest quality environment.
We believe that this only helps to cultivate a positive learning and coaching culture, tightening the sense of community, belonging, and team work that is needed.

Dedicated scouting team who travel far beyond the boundaries of major cities, giving opportunities to potential students from the furthest outreaches of the Nigerian hinterland, and most underserved communities.
We have members of staff who are dedicated to formulating partnerships and player pathways with various different professional and semi-professional clubs, sponsors, and employers, who can support students with access to opportunities, both within and outside of the football community.
